Membership Rules & Policies
Benefits & Booking
Weekly Free Use Hours: Members receive designated free use hours each week. Unused hours do not roll over or combine with hours from other weeks.
Advance Booking: Free hours can be booked up to two (2) days in advance.
Bowling Machine Discount: Members receive 50% off the regular price for using the bowling machine.
Pro-Rated Allotment: For new members, hours will be prorated based on your sign-up date.
Membership & Guest Policy
Membership Representative: Each membership account must designate one (1) primary representative.
Eligible Users: Only individuals registered under the membership plan are permitted to use the free hours.
Guest Fee: Members bringing guests not registered under the membership will be charged a $10 guest fee per hour.
Cancellation & Management
Membership Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must submit a request via email to contactus@playatwicket.com at least five (5) business days before the end of the month.
Automatic Renewal: Failure to provide timely cancellation notice will result in the automatic renewal of your membership for the next month.
Management Rights: Management reserves the right to exercise sole and absolute discretion over all facility matters, including enforcing and amending rules as needed for safety and orderly management.
Membership Hold Policy
Members may temporarily place their membership on hold for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year. A administrative hold fee of $10.00 will be charged per month of the hold.
During the Hold Period: All membership privileges and access to the facility/services are paused.
Billing: Regular membership dues will stop, but the $10 fee will apply.
Automatic Renewal: Membership privileges will automatically resume, and regular billing will restart after the designated hold period, or upon checking into the facility, whichever occurs first.
Requests: Hold requests must be submitted via email/Front Desk 5 days prior to the next billing date.
